The Taylor Shellfish Seafood Monster Package
Winners must be able to pick up their prizes at a participating Washington State farmers market once a month December 2009 through May 2010.

December
Oyster Gift Box ($35.00 Approx. Value).
2 dozen oysters (6 each of: ,Virginicas & Pacifics, and 6 each of: Kumamotos & Olympias). Includes oyster knife, shucking instructions, oyster guide, and Jon Rowley's "Art of Eating an oyster".

January
5 Pounds of Manila Clams ($25 Approx. Value).
Manilas are favored by chefs because of their sweetness, their ease of opening upon being steamed, their long shelf life, and their dramatically varied colorful shell patterns.

February
One live Geoduck ($25 Approx. Value).
The neck meat has a deliciously mild flavor with the crisp "crunchy" texture of a cucumber. The body has a slightly milder, more subtle flavor. Geoduck is prized at sushi bars because it goes well with other flavors. *Order must be place at least one week in advance of pickup through Taylor Shellfish.
