Then you'll pair your fresh made cheese with a garden pesto which you'll create from freshly picked herbs and vegetables straight from our Winery Kitchen culinary garden. Top it all with some grilled crostini and mama mia - now that's a show stopper! In between rolling cheese and whizzing up pesto, we'll discuss different types of olive oils to pair with your outrageously delicious cheese as well as wine pairing suggestions. During Chefs in Our Field farm to table dinners, guests will have the opportunity to meet local food producers and enjoy an educational farm walk around Newaukum Valley Farm, a certified organic vegetable farm. An intimate five-course meal prepared by renowned chefs will highlight the bounty of Washington State. Fellow producers and artisans will join the discussion at the table to explain how their product are grown and crafted. 

The season three featured chefs are Chef Nathan Crave, Chef Brian Walczyk and Chef Desmond Bonow, all head chefs of Tom Douglas Restaurants in Seattle. Also cooking are; Chef Mathew Woolen from Seattle's The Old Sage and Mackinaw's restaurant owner, Chef Laurel Khan of Chehalis. Farmers and Producers from Black Sheep Creamery, Domina Dairy, Jacob's Creamery, Whitewood Cider Company, 3 Magnets Brewing, Bateaux Cellars and Provisions Mushroom Farm will also be among those featured this season.
