Alpenfire Cider is Washington's first certified organic hard cider, hand crafted from our orchard, garden and greenhouse. We grow the specialty varieties of apples and pears that are needed to ferment cider that is healthful, flavorful and unique. Those ciders are then further fermented to produce our vinegar line, Incendiary, Elderperry and Spring Tonic among others. Find us on Facebook!

Greenhouse, orchard and cider house tours can be arranged and you are always welcome to bring a lunch and relax in the orchard with a glass of cider. Children are welcome but because of our limited size and the local wildlife we ask that pets, other than service dogs remain in the car.
Farm practices: The orchard at Alpenfire Cider is certified organic and we were proudly the first producer in Washington State to certify our cider production! We remain one of only two certified organic ciders in the Northwest. Our organic ciders are sulfite free and made with the traditional apples we grow. Organic fermentation is challenging and rare but we feel well worth the extra effort. We embrace the natural wine ethic and use no filtration or fining agents. Our ciders are given time and racked several times for clarity. This preserves the rich body and flavor nuance of cider. Most of our ciders are also bottle conditioned or finished by methode´ champenoise.
