We are a small family farm using sustainable practices based on principles of deep ecology. We use many biodynamic methods and are always looking toward creating a closed-loop holistic farm system. Our apprenticeship program is a centerpiece of the farm in which we train future growers, teaching all aspects of operating a diverse farm. Our floral design business also makes us unique. We grow lots of cutting flowers and specialize in wedding flowers, both loose and arranged. In addition, we have a U-pick lavender business. Please contact us for an appointment. About our CSA: Our CSA runs 22 weeks beginning in June. We offer two share sizes and two pick up locations, Bainbridge Island and Indianola. From the first week of June through the end of October, subscribers receive an armload of fresh-picked seasonal vegetables, herbs and flowers from our farm. In addition, subscribers can choose to receive eggs from our happy hens as well as fruit, fresh–baked bread, cheese, wine, salmon and berries from other local producers. We aim to foster a deeper connection with all the foods we offer, through recipe sharing, seasonal celebrations and lots of neighborly conversation at our weekly pick-ups.
