Description:

We own and operate a 4th generation family farm in the Orting/Puyallup valley. Our farming techniques are natural, low impact, and as close to organic as possible, but are not certified organic. In our SEASONAL on-farm retail/produce store we offer LOCAL (stressing the word local and seasonal - assuring you get the freshest product when it is available) fresh fruits and vegetables. We do not buy from warehouses nor chain stores. We go by our long standing motto: "If we didn't grow it, we personally know who did"!

In early spring we start with fresh rhubarb and cage free brown eggs, plus our line of jarred salsas, jams, jellies, fruits, dressings, sauces and pickled items. As well as a large variety of veggie starts for your gardens and beautiful hanging baskets for your porch or deck. Strawberries come along in June, raspberries and blueberries right behind them; green beans, blackberries, Eastern WA produce, our famous awesome sweet corn is usually ready by mid August; apples, new potatoes, squash, pumpkins and all the fall harvest goodies. During October we open our 'Pumpkin Palace' for u-pick pumpkins and educational farm tours (by appointment).

We would enjoy meeting you and seeing you visit the farm and our animals. It doesn't cost to come and visit; we are low-key and really enjoy sharing what we have worked to provide. Like our Facebook page and follow us for up-dates.

Farm practices: Our farming techniques are significantly low-impact and very natural. We use organic methods but are not certified organic. Allen does all the planting and management of crops, now in his 39th year! He uses plant food (fertilizer) to help keep our crops healthy and nutritious.
