1 whole Heyday Roaster Chicken, cut into 8 pieces
Salt and pepper
1. Put the chicken pieces on a cookie sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2. Grill on indirect heat (about 325ºF) for 45 minutes, or until cooked to temperature (160ºF for breasts and 185ºF for thighs and other dark meat).
3. Brush on barbecue sauce and grill for 15 minutes more, turning once.
