The following cooking school uses Puget Sound Fresh products:
Bastyr University
Offering a Bachelor's in Nutrition and Culinary Arts degree. This will eventually expand to include a Culinary Certificate Program. They currently get all of their food for the classes from PCC and the Bastyr garden but we are hoping to reach out to local farmers as well.

PCC Cooks
PCC Cooks features dozens of fun, idea-inspiring classes for experienced cooks and food-loving novices alike.
Our classes center on great-tasting natural cooking techniques, presented by professional chefs and experienced instructors who are dedicated to using the freshest ingredients like locally grown produce, all-natural meat and seafood and healthy whole grains.
