Creamy Breakfast Cereal

Ingredients

Try topping this delicious breakfast with nuts or seeds, dried or fresh fruit, and sweeten it up with honey, maple syrup or brown sugar.

3 cups water

3 tablespoons millet

3 tablespoons amaranth

ΒΌ cup oat bran

Instructions

  1. Place a pot on medium high heat filled with the water.
  2. Add in cereal while the water is still cold to avoid clumping.
  3. Bring the mix to boil and turn heat down to simmer for about 15 minutes until all the grains are cooked and the cereal is a creamy texture.
  4. Serve while hot.
