Try topping this delicious breakfast with nuts or seeds, dried or fresh fruit, and sweeten it up with honey, maple syrup or brown sugar.
3 cups water
3 tablespoons millet
3 tablespoons amaranth
¼ cup oat bran
- Place a pot on medium high heat filled with the water.
- Add in cereal while the water is still cold to avoid clumping.
- Bring the mix to boil and turn heat down to simmer for about 15 minutes until all the grains are cooked and the cereal is a creamy texture.
- Serve while hot.
