Garlic Green Bean Fries

Ingredients

Here’s a creative, healthy way to enjoy fries. These crispy green beans are so tasty you can easily eat the whole serving. Add a little cayenne to up the heat in the dish.

5 cups of fresh green beans, rinsed and patted dry, ends cut off

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F. Cover a baking sheet with foil.

  1. Evenly spread green beans on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Bake about 15 minutes or until the Parmesan color is golden brown and fries appear crispy.
  3. Serve alone or with your favorite dipping sauce.
