Here’s a creative, healthy way to enjoy fries. These crispy green beans are so tasty you can easily eat the whole serving. Add a little cayenne to up the heat in the dish.
5 cups of fresh green beans, rinsed and patted dry, ends cut off
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F. Cover a baking sheet with foil.
- Evenly spread green beans on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with cheese, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Bake about 15 minutes or until the Parmesan color is golden brown and fries appear crispy.
- Serve alone or with your favorite dipping sauce.
