Green Power Smoothie with Lemon and Ginger

Ingredients

1 cup loosely packed, coarsely chopped kale
½ cup fresh spinach
1 cup chopped frozen banana
¾ -1 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon fresh chopped ginger

Instructions

Whether you’re feeling under the weather or just need a jumpstart to your day, this beverage packs loads of nutrients on top of throat-soothing lemon and ginger.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes. Serve cold.
