½ orange, peeled
½ apple, any variety
½ cup kale, spinach, chard, parsley or leafy green of choice
½ avocado (adds creamy texture and bonus nutrients)
½ cup water or juice, as needed
¼ cup yogurt, optional

In a blender, combine all fruit and yogurt, blend until smooth and no lumps are left. Slowly pour in water or juice to your desired thickness and consistency.
