Kale Chips

Ingredients

Kale (any variety)
Olive oil
Salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

1. Rip kale off the stem into big pieces. Place in a big bowl and toss with olive oil and salt.

2. Lay out on a cookie sheet in a single layer and bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy. Stir halfway through cooking to ensure evenness.
