Ingredients

4 ears of corn, roasted
1 poblano or jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup sour cream or yogurt
1 pinch ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
