Salad with Chicken

Ingredients

½ pound salad mix
½ pound spinach
½ cup olive oil
½ cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon herb salt
1 teaspoon pepper
6 eggs, hard boiled and sliced
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
½ cup leeks and/or chives, chopped
 

Instructions

1. Mix salad and spinach.

2. Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to make a dressing.

3. Stir dressing into greens. Top with eggs, chicken, and leeks/chives.
