3-4 tablespoons butter
8-10 radishes, trimmed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
¼ cup vegetable broth
1 tablespoon apple cider or other vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Minced fresh parsley for garnish

These zesty radishes are great next to cooked greens or meat dishes.

In a medium frying pan, warm butter over medium-low heat until melted. Add the radishes and coat them with the melted butter. Turn the heat up to medium and cook for 1 more minute. Add as much salt and pepper as you like.
Add the rest of the ingredients except for the parsley and stir to combine.
Cover with lid and cook for 4-5 minutes, until radishes are just tender.
Add the minced parsley, toss it with the radishes, and serve warm.
